Key Responsibilities
• Will work closely with the respective stakeholders to drive testing transformation which is aligned to transformation strategy.

• Reporting to the Head of Test Centre, ensure the overall successful delivery of all testing services provided, change requests and production fixes for Retail Banking suite of applications.

• Manage and ensure the successful delivery of testing services provided and appointed test service providers, and in accordance to the organization’s standards and processes.

• Accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services one or more applications and/or projects of Customer Management, Credit Origination and Compliance domain applications.

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of test services by Bank appointed vendors in the conduct of testing.
