Description
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Test Center Administrator to support daily operations at our Lindon testing location. This customer-facing role is responsible for ensuring a secure, fair, and professional testing environment while delivering excellent service to all candidates.

Responsibilities:

+ Maintain expert knowledge of test center policies, procedures, and security standards

+ Greet candidates, verify identification, and perform required security checks (including wanding and fingerprint scanning when applicable)

+ Monitor candidates throughout exams to ensure compliance and test integrity

+ Respond to and resolve candidate issues promptly and professionally

+ Safeguard secure testing materials and report any incidents outside company guidelines

+ Maintain a calm, fair, and comfortable testing environment for all examinees
