Position Overview
Hands-on technician role performing troubleshooting, repair, calibration, preventive maintenance (PM), and continuous improvement on semiconductor manufacturing test equipment to sustain uptime, yield, and output. Partners with Test Engineering and Production to meet daily dispatch, MUBA/MTBF targets, quality compliance, and audit readiness.
Diagnose and repair ATE/handler/prober issues (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, thermal, interface). Perform changeovers, load board/contact kit care, socket change, alignment, and correlation checks. Contain and escalate inline quality issues; support DOEs, GRRs, R&Rs, and golden device management. Execute scheduled PMs, calibrations, verifications; log work in Camstar/iTV with full traceability. Monitor machine alarms; respond to iTV downs; drive MTTR down with robust fault isolation.
