Job Summary

Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Shift hours will be scheduled with at least 3 weeks' notice and you must be 18 or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Work across all areas of the store and coordinate with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.

• Confidently lead the store in the Manager's absence.
