Role Objective:
To drive sales growth, develop and manage key accounts, and expand market share for the orthotics product portfolio in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory.
• Develop and implement territory sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Identify and onboard new customers (orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, hospitals, and distributors).
• Strengthen relationships with existing accounts to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Manage distributor / dealer network and ensure their performance in terms of coverage and sales.
