Position Overview
The Head of VAS Sales leads the growth and performance of Value-Added Services (VAS) across the sales network. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the overall VAS sales strategy, ensuring strong field execution, revenue growth, and cross-channel alignment. The position plays a critical role in expanding product penetration and strengthening commercial impact nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead and manage Sales Managers and Account Managers to drive VAS sales performance.
β’ Develop and execute strategies to increase product penetration across channels (POS, Telesales, etc.).
β’ Monitor regional performance through KPIs and analytics, translating insights into action plans.
β’ Drive rollout and adoption of new VAS products and initiatives.
