Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of territory-specific sales and marketing strategies aligned with The Companys objectives.
- Own P&L management across all stores in the region, identifying revenue enhancement and cost reduction opportunities.
- Analyse sales performance, labour efficiency, and operational dashboards to identify trends and activate improvements.
- Deliver insightful reporting to stakeholders, translating metrics into clear action plans.
- Execute demand forecasting and stock planning to ensure product availability while minimizing waste.
- Ensure local store marketing campaigns resonate with communities and drive foot traffic.
