Territory Manager, MedSurg, Japan (West Japan Area)
(Home Office Based)
The present purpose of this position is to support the distributor(s) in Japan. Territory manager provides products and market information to physicians and distributors to expand sales in Japan.

Responsibilities
Understand the market needs in the designated areas in addition to the market research
（担当エリアの市場をリサーチし、ニーズを把握・理解する）Grow the business by developing relationships with new physicians and organizing training or event on key products
（医師と関係構築を図り、主力製品のトレーニング・イベント等を企画し、ビジネスを成長させる）Maintain active relationships with the key accounts and key Japanese physicians with distributor(s)
（主力の施設・医師と代理店との関係を維持する）Organize and participate in local exhibitions, workshops and meetings with the distributor(s)
