Territory Manager – Lower Mainland

Reports to Senior VP of Plumbing Sales.

This position is responsible for helping us achieve our vision of being the preferred wholesaler in the Lower Mainland. You will be involved in all aspects of the business, including operations, warehousing, procurement, sales, human resources, marketing, finance, and strategic planning. We are looking for someone who can harness the power of our talented team and help them maximize their potential.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the existing team to develop a strategic plan for the territory and execute that plan
• Inspire, lead, develop, and manage a large team
• Open new locations in the territory
• Manage the operational processes in the region
• Develop and maintain regional relationships with key customers, industry groups, and supplier partners
• Ensure we are exceeding our customers’ expectations
