Our client, the Government of Nunavut (GN) , is seeking a visionary pharmacist-leader to serve as its Territorial Director of Pharmacy — the most senior pharmacy role in a jurisdiction unlike any other in Canada. Based in Iqaluit and reporting to the Executive Director, Special Operations, you will be the clinical and operational lead for GN pharmacy services across all 25 Nunavut communities.

THE ROLE

You will oversee three regional pharmacies (Iqaluit, Rankin Inlet, Cambridge Bay), lead the territorial Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T), Safe Medication Practices, and Antimicrobial Stewardship Committees, and represent Nunavut at national tables for pharmacy and medication-related initiatives.
