**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate and monitor bulk cement terminal equipment, including railcar unloading systems and material transfer equipment
+ Troubleshoot and perform hands-on maintenance to keep equipment running and minimize downtime
+ Load and unload cement from railcars and trucks while ensuring efficient and safe material flow
+ Inspect equipment, identify issues, and complete basic mechanical repairs using tools and diagnostic skills
+ Ensure accuracy of orders, documentation, and inventory records
+ Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety and environmental standards
