1.Analyze investment opportunities by conducting industry research, company research, financial modeling, and valuation analysis；
pose and present investment memo/thesis to Tencent Investment Committee；
3.Lead cross-functional teams, including internal legal, finance, and business group teams, and external advisors to execute deals towards closing, including due diligence, term negotiation, and internal investment process；
