The Mission

Safeguard Armor is scaling our international government tender division through an AI-powered tender platform. We are building the operational capability to submit hundreds of government tenders globally across military uniforms, police equipment, PPE, tactical products, and industrial procurement categories.

We need a highly organised, detail-oriented Tender Operations Manager to coordinate and control the day-to-day execution of our tender pipeline.

This is not a strategy role, it is a supervisor leader role, focused on the day to day practical supervising and task management of the day to day tender operations to ensure we win as many tenders as possible.

Your responsibility is simple: ensure every tender moves through the process correctly, all information is collected, all suppliers respond, all documents are complete, and every submission reaches the finish line on time.
