A market-leading organisation within the industrial and professional products sector is seeking a Tender Specialist to join its Commercial Sales team based in Marlow.
This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process, developing high-quality bid submissions, and supporting business growth through successful commercial opportunities across public and private sector contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full tender and bid submission process from initial review through to final submission
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams to develop compelling proposals
Ensure all tender submissions meet compliance, regulatory, and client-specific requirements
Analyse customer requirements and competitor activity to support winning bid strategies
Monitor tender timelines, identify risks, and coordinate contingency planning where required
