Position Overview
What you'll do - Prepare tender submissions, cost reports, cost plans and tender evaluations
- Handle tender clarifications, liaise with consultants, and attend site visits and meetings
- Review tender drawings and identify discrepancies
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities
- Source, select, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Prepare cost estimations, technical data, and unit rates within deadlines
- Ensure all tender documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
What we're looking for - Minimum 3 years of QS experience in an M&E construction environment
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- Solid understanding of tender procedures and M&E technical knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD
