Tender Management: Manage the end-to-end tender process, including attending tender briefings and site visits, preparing tender submissions, presentations and write-ups, conducting bid evaluations, and handling negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Cost Planning & Estimation: Manage and oversee cost plans, budgets, BOQs, and tender documentation, with hands‑on involvement in cost estimation when required.
Design & Coordination: Support design coordination by liaising with internal teams and external designers/consultants, provide commercial input, and review designers’ proposed value engineering by assessing and advising on cost implications for tender pricing.
Cost Control & Reporting: Maintain strong knowledge of market rates and market conditions, monitor tender costs and commitments, and prepare regular reports on tender activities and performance.
