We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender & Bid Management Executive with 2 years of relevant experience in managing end-to-end tendering processes for Government and Private sector projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GeM and other e-procurement portals, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to handle multiple submissions within strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, and bid specifications thoroughly. Understand scope, eligibility criteria, compliance requirements, and submission guidelines. Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements. Monitor portals such as GeM and other e-procurement platforms for relevant opportunities.
