**Description:**

**_Position Purpose:_** The Tenant Associate at Ellen Kennedy Living Center is responsible for assisting tenants who are functionally, physically, and/or socially impaired and may need continual oversight.

**_What you will do:_**

+ Assist tenants with daily living activities while fostering their independence and freedom of choice
+ Assist with activity programs and administer medications
+ Light baking/continental breakfast set up, serve meals, cleaning and laundry.

**_Minimum Qualifications:_**

+ High School Diploma strongly preferred.
+ Must have a valid state driver's license.
+ Must be 18 years old as required by State regulations.
+ Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training is required within 6 months of hire and every 3 years thereafter.
