・Work collaboratively with our team in the execution of tenancy coordination through all stages of a project. ・Coordinate with all relevant parties, understand all interior drawings, technical drawings, construction drawings, and submissions (Authority drawings), to have basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. ・Do general practice of site supervision, management of schedule, and review of the drawings. ・Work closely with tenants during the project. To contact, explain, and instruct tenants to follow the regulations and standards of the landlord ・Hold the meeting with tenants and related parties to solve the issue if any. ・Conduct inspection together with Mall management teams, tenants, and advise on any defects or items to be rectified ・Prepare all documents, including the application form, schedule, check sheet, and report form. **Working location changes based on projects.
