LPN with benefits: - Hourly rate $40/hr.- 26 weeks

Summary:
Serves as a Temporary Travel Licensed Practical Nurse for a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Responsibilities:
1. Performs designated job duties under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse while maintaining the LPN scope of practice.
2. Participates in the development of an individualized interdisciplinary plan of care.
