Our company is seeking a professional and reliable Temporary Receptionist to provide front-desk support and ensure a positive experience for visitors and staff. This role includes greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming mail, and assisting with general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
+ Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
+ Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
+ Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy reception area
+ Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
+ Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
+ Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative support duties
