Position Overview
Role Overview Support partner outreach and engagement efforts by maintaining accurate partner records, conducting outreach activities, and coordinating communications with employers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct outbound calls to verify and update partner contact information
- Maintain and update records in the database accurately
- Follow up with employers on engagement opportunities and activities
- Support employer engagement and outreach initiatives
- Prepare basic reports and maintain communication recordsLiaise with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned
