Job Summary
To perform scanning in an orderly manner.
Key Responsibilities
- To perform scanning and quality check of all documents scanned.
- To check and maintain all the record of all the documents received for scanning.
- To perform quality check on the documents scanned before proceeding for disposal.
- To work with Facility Management & General Admin Department in handling documents offsite storage packing & coordination.
- To undertake any other duties & responsibility related to scanning required by the Management as and when required.
Requirements
- SPM leavers may apply
- Detail oriented
- Basic computer knowledge and usage in Microsoft
- Familiarity with using ChatGPT to assist with daily tasks
