Description
Our client, a busy property management company, is seeking a Temporary Office Assistant to provide essential administrative support to their team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. This position is onsite working Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
+ Answer and direct incoming calls
+ Greet tenants, vendors, and visitors
+ Manage email correspondence and office calendars
+ Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
+ Support work order tracking and maintenance requests
+ Prepare tenant communications and general office correspondence
+ Maintain office supplies and support daily administrative operations
+ Provide additional clerical support to the property management team as needed
