Maintenance Director!

Vantage of Worcester is a skilled nursing home located in Worcester MA, and is currently accepting applications for a full-time, 40 hr/week Maintenance Director.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Must have Management experience in Long Term Care Nursing Home.

Must have knowledge of general maintenance and functions of all equipment

Must have how to turn off main power supply, water supply, and/or gas supply to facility

Must be able to see small details, in equipment, machinery, etc.

Must be knowledgeable of Exposure Control Plan for Bloodborne Pathogens and Fire & Disaster Plan, and follow policies and procedures
