We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Temporary Email Coordinator to support our team with the building and deployment of marketing emails in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities

+ Build and format marketing emails in the email platform, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency

+ Coordinate email deployment schedules and execute sends according to established timelines

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather assets and meet deadlines

+ Test emails to ensure optimal performance and user experience

Qualifications

+ Fluent in English and Spanish (written and reading proficiency preferred)
