About the Role
We're supporting a wellknown Housing Association in recruiting x3 Customer Service Executives to join their friendly and supportive Customer Support Team.
In this role, you'll play an important part in a large-scale datacleansing project-contacting tenants to confirm details, update their information, and ensure the organisation holds accurate, GDPRcompliant records. You'll also check whether customers still wish to receive services and action updates accordingly
