Be part of the Key Account Team as a Temporary Communications Coordinator in Jacksonville, New Brunswick. This role focuses on supporting organizational functions and employee engagement.
This six-month position will assist with essential administrative duties, including answering calls, dispatching customer inquiries, and maintaining operational databases. Additional responsibilities involve supporting the planning of employee events and creating engaging posts for social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and connect calls to the right representatives
• Dispatch customer calls to Key Account Teams
• Provide administrative support across operational departments
• Ensure accurate data entry in accounting systems
• Assist with planning and promoting staff engagement activities
Requirements:
• Valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean record
