We have a great opportunity in our person-centred services in Great Tey and Clacton for a temporary Assistant Service Manager. It is the perfect opportunity if you are looking to increase your management knowledge and experience. This role is initially for 6 months and will be reviewed.

You will primarily be supporting the Service Manager to lead and motivate our team of support workers whilst ensuring KPI’s and compliance standards are met. Using your existing experience as well as developing new skills; undertaking agreed management tasks that will support and develop the teams across both services. We are looking for someone with fresh ideas who is energetic, passionate, and trustworthy as well as someone who is forward thinking and has the confidence to make difficult decisions under pressure.
