Job Title: Temporary Administrative Clerk
Location: 22941 Atherton Street, Hayward, CA 94541
Duration: 3-6 month contract with possible extension
Shift hours: Monday-Thursday & every other Friday (Note: HACA is closed every other Friday) Time: Can be set with the manager typical start times are 8:00 a.m. or 8:30 a.m. / Lunch is 30 or 45 minutes
Duration: 6 month contract with possible extension -
Please explain the Specific skills required (please describe):
Two (2) years responsible administrative experience including public contact. Knowledge of scanning & electronic filing techniques and computer applications including email, word processing, databases and spreadsheets. Experience working with or for assisted housing programs, social services programs, property management or other housing-related field is desirable.
