Key Responsibilities:
Answer and route phone calls professionally
Greet and assist visitors
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Perform general admin duties (filing, scanning, data entry)
Assist with scheduling and diary management
Maintain a tidy reception area
Requirements:
Proven admin or receptionist experience
Matric
Well-spoken and presentable
Good phone etiquette
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Reliable, friendly, and organized
Able to work independently and take initiative
