Our client, located in Morris County, is looking for a TEMPORARY Accounting Supervisor.

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the general accounting functions of the accounting team. This includes ownership of the month-end accounting close and reporting process, audit coordination, as well as local, government or statutory reporting needs. This role will be critical in helping establish and maintain consistency in the monthly accounting close cycle while enhancing accounting policies and best practices. The Accounting Supervisor is expected to identify and implement process improvements in a continuous effort to drive timely and accurate financial reporting. This role requires strong team leadership skills, specifically managing and building best-in-class, operationally focused teams and fostering effective cross-functional relationships.
