Key Performance Indicators: Maintain all Injection moulds Ensure that all tools are prepared and available for production when required Ensure repairs and services to tooling are in accordance with company guidelines Report defects and repairs by filling in control documents Report any deviations to management Upkeep and maintenance of Toolroom equipment and machinery 5 S Minimum Requirements: N3 plus Trade Certificate minimum 3 to 5 years’ working experience as a qualified toolmaker with Injection Moulding experience Technical Knowledge in the Injection mould industry Experience working with large moulds up to 50 tons Heavy Duty Crane License would be an added advantage Knowledge and understanding of working with tools with hot runners, grained surfaces and 2 K materials is a requirement Required to work shifts #J-18808-Ljbffr
