Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers, visitors, and vendors professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and expedite complaints when necessary.
Administrative Support
- Manage correspondence including emails, calls, and messages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments.
- Maintain and update records such as QA sample tracker, Bruce visits, car-wash, and other ad‑hoc documents as required.
