- Tracking and monitoring to ensure daily operations are seamless and adhere to the agreed KPIs and reporting format.
- Working with the respective project manager(s) to plan and explore implement/deploy program s
- Overall, in charge for the entire program management (internal / external)
- Monitor and analyse/classification contact centre stats including NPS and all automation / call interactions and how to improve the accuracy and CX
- Facilitate new use cases and idea generation by engaging both Hotline operations & support function regularly
