Position Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented individual to support administrative functions related to healthcare practitioners' licensing and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with applications for Certificate of Competency for dental practitioners
- Handle emails and telephone enquiries on Practising Certificate (PC) applications and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) claims
- Process PC applications, CPE claims, and event/provider accreditations
- Generate reports on PC renewal status and related monitoring
- Support ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
