Support hawker centre operations, including tenancy management, cleaning and facilities management, and feedback and appeals management.
Engage and collaborate with stakeholders such as Hawkers' Associations, Town Councils, and government agencies to address operational, cleanliness, safety, and improvement matters.
Conduct tenancy checks and process tenancy-related applications, transfers, assignments, rental waivers, and other administrative matters.
Manage public feedback, appeals, and compliance with policies and programmes to ensure service standards are met.
Perform any other duties assigned to support hawker centre operations.
