Looking for a motivated individual to support the processing of Work Pass applications (EP/S Pass and related passes).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Work Pass applications and capture documents into internal systems
• Verify and update applicants' personal and organisation details
• Follow up with applicants for clarifications on submissions or amendments
• Assist in basic User Acceptance Testing (UAT) under supervision
• Identify and report any process gaps to supervisors

Requirements:

• Positive work attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate with basic MS Office knowledge
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
