Min N / O / A Levels / NITEC: $10.50/hour

Min Diploma holders: $13/hour

Monday to Friday: 8am – 5pm

Saturday: 8am – 12pm

Must be open to starting work at 7am or 7.30am on certain days. (If start earlier, will end earlier accordingly.)

44 working hours per week

Provide frontline service as representative of SingHealth Polyclinics

Register patients and schedule appointments

Promote digital services

Assist patients with self-service kiosks

Manage patient flow and handle enquiries

Any other ad hoc duties assigned
