Check loan documents submitted by Sales Consultants before releasing loan amount into Salesforce for registration.
Liaise with Sales Consultants for outstanding documents before & after registration.
Check the Tax Invoices, LTA logcard and Insurance Cover Note from Vehicle Admin before despatch to Banks.
Check the HP Agreement and other required forms are duly signed before despatch to Banks.
Generate despatch batch in Salesforce and prepare documents to Banks for disbursement.
Update and record outgoing documents into Salesforce.
Liaise with Banks and arrange for daily collection of documents.
