Position Overview
Job Description - Perform administrative duties such as data entry and filing.
- Maintain and update customer account data on Salesforce.
- Generate reports from Salesforce.
- Ensure service excellence delivery to both internal and external customers and partners.
- Assist with customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and fulfilment.
- Work closely with team members to ensure accuracy of records and proper record keeping.
- Other administrative ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements - Students on holiday or waiting for school term to start are welcome.
- Fast learner in computer systems.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications is a must; ERP/CRM system is an advantage.
- Able to multitask, organized and have a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment with minimum supervision.
