Position Overview
Location: Central
Duration: 12 months
Hours: Mon-Fri, office hours
Job Scope - Daily data entry, summarizing and categorizing of patients’ compliments and feedback into customer relationship management system (CRM)
- Generate qualitative data for monthly staff compliments
- Generate quantitative reports and charts for patient experience survey data, including data scrubbing
- Assist with coordination of staff service and communication trainings
Requirements - Min. diploma in any field
- No experience needed, training is provided
