Position Overview
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Carries out administrative duties such as data entry, documentation, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Compile and prepare reports on monthly basis
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Validation of invoices prior to payments.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements - Professional Certificate / Diploma in any field or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel, Word
- Able to commit for at least 3 months.
- Various different roles available, Office hours (Monday to Friday), 9am to 6pm
