Job Description - Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Arrange and coordinate courier services for document delivery and collection
- Prepare, package, and arrange delivery of policy contracts to clients in a timely manner
- Handle, organise, and maintain proper filing of hard copy application forms and related documents
- Sort, scan, and upload documents into the system, ensuring accuracy and proper record-keeping
