Provide general administrative & clerical support
Office Operations & Coordination like ordering of pantry, calling courier services, aircon servicing
Documentation & Records Management
Handle and maintain confidential information, correspondence, and documentation with discretion.
Data entry, saving emails and whatsapp messages, document scanning, photocopy, filing, archiving, backup records and secure storage of records. Maintain a systematic and accessible documentation and records system (for all documents in and out of the office)
Handle phone calls and softwares like canva and CRM
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'A' Levels/ Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
Preferably with prior administrative experiences
