TEMP Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Shawnee, OK – 100% Onsite

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duration: 4+ Month Assignment

Pay Rate: $22/hr


Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Clerk for a temporary opportunity with a busy and fast-paced team in Shawnee, OK. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment and has experience processing invoices, matching purchase orders, and working within QuickBooks.


What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Process high-volume accounts payable invoices (30–50 invoices daily)

+ Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents

+ Review and verify invoice accuracy and approvals

+ Enter AP data into QuickBooks accurately and efficiently

+ Assist with purchase order processing and reconciliation
