Role Overview
The Tell Caller for the NRI Banking vertical will be responsible for engaging with NRI customers, generating qualified leads, supporting relationship teams, and ensuring seamless customer communication to enhance acquisition and service effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to NRI customers for lead generation and service follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and route qualified leads to the NRI Relationship Managers.
Maintain call logs, follow-up trackers, and customer databases accurately.
Support the NRI banking team in customer profiling and initial verification.
