Requirements Matric (Grade 12) Sales or Marketing Diploma (or related qualification) 12–18 months Telesales - Team Manager experience Knowledge of POS (Point‑of‑Sale) devices will be an advantage. Candidates must be able to sell the device, explain its features, and handle customer objections (Your skills will be tested) Must have own reliable vehicle (Extensive Travel Required) Valid driver’s license Strong leadership and team management skills Clear ITC & Criminal Record (Verifications will be done) Duties Manage and lead a team of Telesales agents Monitor team performance and sales targets Train, coach, and support staff Drive sales growth and ensure targets are met
