Telesales Manager/Senior Telesales Executive Needed in Manchester

Location: Manchester

Working Hours: 5-day week (Saturday rota)

Salary: Up to £32,000 basic + £50,000–£60,000 OTE

Our client, a well-established car finance brokerage, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive to join their expanding team. Automotive or car finance experience is strongly preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities for a Telesales Manager / Senior Telesales Executive:

Leading, supporting, and coaching a telesales team

Managing inbound and outbound sales activity

Overseeing customer applications from enquiry to handover

Driving team performance and ensuring targets are met

Managing pipelines and implementing best sales practices
