Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients.
• Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and provide relevant information.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience dealing with UAE clients or international markets is an advantage.

Timings: 10:30 am to 7:00 pm
